Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Developer (Fresher) to support the development, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. The role involves working closely with senior developers and business teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports
Support development of basic Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components
Perform testing, bug fixing, and application enhancements
Help with data import/export and data maintenance
Document technical work and follow best practices
Collaborate with team members to understand requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud)
Understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
Familiarity with Lightning Experience (LWC/Aura – basic)
Knowledge of OOP concepts, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in Salesforce technology
Experience
Fresher / 0–1 year of experience
Good to Have
Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer I certification
Internship or academic project on Salesforce
