Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM customization and configuration
• Expertise in Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho ecosystem apps
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy Zoho Deluge scripts
• Knowledge of workflows, automation, custom modules, blueprint, and integrations
• Experience with API integrations and third-party system connectivity
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Communication & Domain Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of business processes and domain mapping
• Ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master’s degree preferred
