Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud to design, build, and implement scalable CRM and customer data solutions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions that enhance sales productivity, customer service efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Development
Configure and customize Salesforce applications.
Build automations using Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled).
Develop using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and asynchronous processes.
Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI development.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices.
Integration & Architecture
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
Integrate Salesforce with ERP, CRM, Marketing systems, and external data sources.
Support SSO, OAuth, and security compliance requirements.
Reporting, Analytics & AI
Develop advanced Reports and Dashboards.
Work with Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Enable AI capabilities using Salesforce Einstein (Lead Scoring, Case Classification, Next Best Action).
Deployment & Governance
Manage deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
Follow Salesforce best practices related to security and data governance.
Provide technical documentation and end-user training.
Support UAT, production issues, and post-go-live enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
Proficiency in Flows, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integration patterns.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and role hierarchy.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
