We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in client discussions, demos, and requirement workshops
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- 🔹 Required Skills
- Strong experience in Apex, SOQL, SOSL
- Hands-on with Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
- Experience with Salesforce integrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and understand business needs
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security
- 🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
