- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Basic customization and development tasks need to perform
- Apex, LWC and Salesforce configuration
- Understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules and know how to implement
- Testing, debugging and documentation Support
- Training sessions and learning activities can actively participate
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Understanding of Apex, LWC (basic level)
- Basic idea of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- knowledge of Integration concepts and basic knowledge (REST APIs, etc.)
- Learning attitude and problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
- Salesforce certification (Admin / Developer – optional)
Good communication skills
