Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (2–4 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configurations, along with a good understanding of business processes and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
  • Work on Salesforce configuration: workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
  • Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Salesforce implementations
  • Support deployment activities and CI/CD processes
  • Maintain proper documentation for development and processes

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
  • Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification
  • Knowledge of Platform Developer II (PD2) is a plus
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
  • Exposure to AppExchange apps and managed packages

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant Salesforce development experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • Immediate to 30 days preferred
