Job Title: Salesforce Developer (3+ Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of experience, must having strong expertise in Sales Cloud and/ Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate should also have exposure to at least one additional Salesforce cloud such as Financial Services Cloud Or CPQ Or Revenue Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and standard platform features
- Work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations including case management, workflows, and automation
- Customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future)
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, FLS)
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Understanding of governor limits and performance optimization
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Financial Services Cloud
- CPQ Or Revenue Cloud
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment processes
Exposure to AI capabilities like Agentforce is a plus
